While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” de facto Commander-in-Chief Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) issues Executive Order 13531, establishing the bipartisan (duopolistic) National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform for the purpose of reducing the Federal budget deficit, which is currently running at 1,420,000,000,000 “dollars.”  This is 40% of total Federal expenditures, and 9.6% of the estimated Gross National Product.

       NOTE: Were Obama truly serious about closing the Federal budget gap he would impound all Federal funds not directly related to those 22 federal powers (which does not include the Afghan and Iraqi-American Wars) specifically enumerated in the Constitution for the united States, and eliminate the unlawful Federal personal income and payroll taxes.  This would bring about an immediate Federal surplus of 18,500,000,000 “dollars.”
