While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the second circuit court of appeals hands down Doninger v. Niehoff: students at government-run public schools may be disciplined for exercising their Freedom of Speech on the Internet.
