While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Steven Jackson, a Prince George’s County, maryland statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) pulls over Shawn M. Leake, either to check his insurance, or because of tinted windows.  Jackson orders Leake out of his automobile and then immediately punches him.  Jackson then wrestles Leake to the ground and pepper sprays him.  Jackson then arrests Leake for assault on an SEO.
