While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the supreme court, of the virginia enclave of West Virginia, hands down A.T. Massey Coal v. Caperton, reversing a decision of the circuit court of Boone County that awarded 50,000,000 “dollars” in damages to Hugh Caperton, owner of a small coal mine, in Slab Fork, who had a contract with the steel industry that A.T. Massey Coal coveted. The deciding vote in the 3-2 decision came from Brent Benjamin, chief justice, who received 3,000,000 “dollars” in campaign contributions from Don Blankenship. Blankenship is the Chief Executive Officer of A.T. Massey Coal.
