The I-35W Mississippi River bridge (a.k.a. Bridge 9340) collapses killing 13 U.s. subject/enemy/citizens.

       Postscript: The Department of Homeland Security (domestic military aggression) ordered state governments to conceal bridge maintenance reports from the public for fear that they might learn of other bridges that are at-risk of failure.
