While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto governor Martin J. O’Malley, Esq., of maryland signs House Bill 202, making maryland the first state to enter into the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. The NPVIC obligates all signatory states to pledge their Electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote—not the winner of the state popular vote. This is designed as a way to extra-constitutionally nullify the Electoral College and encourage the states to dilute the quality of their voting pools.
NOTES:
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) O’Malley was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
- The NPVIC is unlawful until CONgress authorizes it, as per Article I, Section 10 [Clause 2].
