While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 43 ineligible Electoral votes) signs the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act. In conjunction with the event, Bush also issues a signing statement claiming the authority to open mail without a warrant.
