While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan, Djibouti, Iraq, the Philippines and west Africa defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” the ninth circuit court of appeals hands down Sanchez v. County of San Diego (California): government welfare recipients may not refuse inspections of their homes to determine if they qualify for benefits.
NOTE: Government has no lawful right to search a domicile “except on probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons and things to be seized.” Also, government has no moral right to take property from one person who has earned it and give it to another person who has not.
