       Tenth of 13: Robert Finke, the owner of Clarks General Store, in Beavercreek, oregon, shoots and wounds a 16-year-old after he attempted to burglarize the store.   Finke then assisted Clackamas Country statute enforcement officers in apprehending a second burglar, Jamal J. Shihadeh.

       Eleventh of 13: Linda Weng, of Richardson, texas, fatally shoots her estranged husband David.  David had a history of domestic violence against his wife.
