New York Port Authority statute enforcement agents (acting under-color-of–law) arrest Patrick Burke, at New York City’s Kennedy International Airport, for declaring at the ticket counter that he was carrying a side arm. Burke is a bodyguard for Michael Moore, producer and director of the 2003 anti-gun movie “Bowling for Columbine.” Burke is licensed to carry a concealed sidearm in california, and florida, but not new york.
Question: Is Moore sending the message that the only citizens who should be allowed to defend themselves are those rich enough to hire a professional, armed body guard?
