       The Battle of Fallujah, Iraq continues: The United States Marine Corps Sergeant Jose L. Nazario, Jr., (private mercenary) a squad leader in Third Platoon, Kilo Company, Third Battalion, First Regiment, First Marine Division fatally shoots two insurgent prisoners of war, in the forehead.  He then orders members of his squad to fatally shoot another two.
