While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Donald H. Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense (foreign military aggression), orders that the functions of the defunct Office of Strategic Influence, which wrote stories for release by third parties that are favorable to the U.s. Armed Forces, will be conducted by other agencies within the Department of Defense.
