While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Federal agents, at O’Hare International Airport, in Chicago, illinois, arrest Jose Padilla (a.k.a. Abdullah al-Muhajir) for conspiring to explode a dirty bomb” (a conventional bomb that scatters radioactive debris).

       Postscripts:

  • Three months later Padilla had yet to be informed of the charges against him, or confront witnesses against him, as was his right as described by Articles V and VI of Amendment.
  • Twenty months later Padilla had yet to consult with an attorney (government licensed legal counsel), or meet with a member of his family.

NOTE: Padilla is a U.s. subject/enemy/citizen, who should still be entitled to Habeas Corpus—if indeed US subject/enemy/citizens are entitled to it.
