The Federal court for the northern district of california hands down Brown v. california Department of Transportation, declaring as unlawful CalTrans’ policy of removing unpopular messages and banners from the overpasses of limited access highways, while allowing United states flags to remain. Instead of permitting all messages, “patriotic” (militaristic) and unpopular, to be displayed along with U.s. flags, CalTrans chooses to be equally unfair and place an unlawful ban on Free Speech, on property under its jurisdiction.
Question: Why was this controversy not heard in state court?

While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Afghanistan and the Philippines defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” at the reconvening of the status quo (Democratic and Republican) 44th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President George W. Bush (having received an unlawful advantage of 52 ineligible Electoral votes) delivers his “Axis of Evil” speech, warning that Iraq, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the communist Democratic People’s Democratic Republic of (North) Korea are sponsors of international terrorism and are seeking to acquire weapons of mass destruction. Bush calls for a more compassionate, just nation and world, “No people on Earth yearn to be oppressed or aspire to servitude or eagerly await the midnight knock of the secret police.” Bush also calls for the expansion of AmeriCorps (renaming it the USA Freedom Corps), a program started by his predecessor Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq. It is this very same program that the Republican CONgress promised to terminate in 1995.
NOTES:
- Bush did not mention that United States enemy-citizens might still have to fear the warrantless, “no-knock” smashing in of their doors at 5: AM.
- Total intelligence spending of the United States government is greater than the combined Gross National Product of all three of these nations that Bush fears. This is not even doing a direct comparison of military spending, which has a much wider disparity.
