The supreme court, of the confederate state of florida, hands down Gore v. Harris, ordering a statewide survey of “undervotes” (when a voter leaves the choice for a particular office blank) to “determine the intentions of the voter.”

NOTE: The only way to accurately determine the intentions of the voter is to replace the Australian Secret Ballot, by restoring the printing and distribution of ballots to candidates and political parties.  Each ballot would be signed by the Elector, have only one candidate’s name on it, and there would be no question as to who received how many votes.
