The legislature of the commonwealth of pennsylvania passes Act 102, establishing the Organ Donation Advisory Committee, the purpose of which is to increase public awareness of the need for the altruistic donation of human organs for anatomical transplant.  A free-market for such valuable commodities is not considered.
