       In exchange for promising not to further develop its nuclear weapons program, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., authorizes the sale, to the communist Democratic People’s Republic of (North) Korea, two nuclear reactors capable of making weapons grade plutonium (239Pu).

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
