Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Clinton, Esq., signs the National Voter Registration Act (a.k.a. the “Motor-Voter Act”), requiring states to automatically register United states subject/enemy/citizens to vote when they apply for a “driver’s” (a legal term for a “traveler” transporting goods or services in commercial transit) license or welfare benefits.

       NOTES:

• This makes possible the wholesale theft of elections by providing names of registered non-voters which can them be designated as having voted.
• As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
