Republican (fascist/socialist) President George Herbert “Read my lips, now new taxes” Walker Bush signs the Energy Policy Act of 1992, requiring that “all faucet fixtures manufactured in the United States restrict maximum water flow at or below 2.5 gallons per minute (gpm) at 80 pounds per square inch (psi) of water pressure or 2.2 gpm at 60 psi.”
Question: Where in the Constitution for the united States does it give CONgress permission to regulate the flow of faucet fixtures?”

Most of us have just learned to flush twice. Showerheads are a bit different, but older models are still available with a decent flow. Soon will come flush counters and flow restrictors on all water meters—except in New York City, and other areas where municipal water is not metered. — JL
