       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down R.A.V. v. St. Paul (minnesota), declaring—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—as unlawful the city’s Bias-Motivated Crime Ordinance.

       NOTE: In rendering this decision, the courts ignored the fundamental issue in this case—trespassing.
