       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Leathers v. Medlock, upholding as lawful—via the fraudulent 14th amendment—arkansas’ Gross Receipts Act which places a sales tax on one form of communication (cable television) and not on traditional forms such as newspapers or magazines.
