       The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Richmond (virginia) v. J.A. Croson: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, set-asides for minority business enterprises to atone for past racial discrimination are unlawful.  In rendering this verdict, the court ignored the virginia constitution of 1971, article I, sections 4 and 14.
