The Cuyahoga County, (Federal enclave of) Ohio court of common pleas hands down state v. Green, sentencing Michael Green to a term of 20 to 50 years in prison for a rape and robbery that he did not commit. Falsified forensic analyses played a large part in Green’s conviction.
Postscript: Green spent 13 years in prison before DeoxyriboNucliec Acid testing exonerated him.
