The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Mueller v. Allen: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, a state income tax credit to off-set tuition expenses at religious schools does not constitute an Establishment of a State Religion.
NOTE: In rendering this decision the court ignored the minnesota constitution, article I, section 16.
