Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Ford (25th amendment)—a self proclaimed fiscal conservative—signs the Tax Reduction Act of 1975, inserting Earned Income Credit into the Internal Revenue Code, on a temporary basis. The EIC provides for a “negative” income tax in which United states subject/enemy/citizens who qualify can receive not only a complete rebate of all Federal income taxes withheld from their paychecks, but also an additional rebate on income which they did not earn.
NOTE: This is the further realization of plank number one of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.
