Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Ford (25th amendment) signs the Navajo-Hopi Land Settlement Act, ostensibly for the purpose of returning lands to the Hopi Nation that had been under the control of the Navajo Nation for over a century.  Critics of the Act say the real reason is to force Navajos living in an area with the largest known, untapped coal deposits in North America, so the coal could be mined, without tribal interference.

       NOTE: This is how the Democratic (socialist/fascist) 30th counterfeit CONgress counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) protected the rights of the most mistreated minority in our nation—the indigenous American.
