Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., signs the Emergency Highway Energy Conservation Act, requiring the states to impose the national 55 miles per hour speed limit on their roads or suffer the loss of their Federal highway subsidies.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
