While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam “defending freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Apodaca v. oregon, overturning Maxwell v. Dow: under the fraudulent 14th amendment, section 2, it is not necessary to obtain a unanimous jury verdict to convict a defendant.
