       Question: What is the purpose of the Federal government collecting an unlawful personal income tax, and then disbursing it back to the states, when the Federal income tax could be eliminated and leaving the funds with the States without Federal interference?

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
