Fifteen-thousand college-age United states subject/enemy/citizens march in the District of Columbia, protesting class ranking in determining military conscription (involuntary servitude) deferments, voluntary vocational aptitude tests to determine draft eligibility; and pledging to withhold their votes from any candidate who supports the Vietnamese-American War.
