- Decreasing the lowest personal rate on the first 2,000 “dollars” earned from 20% to 16% of the first 50 “dollars” earned;
- Decreasing the highest personal rate on amounts earned over 200,000 “dollars” from 91% to 70%;
- Decreasing the highest corporate rate from 52% to 48%; and
