Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Lyndon Johnson delivers his annual State of the “Union” (nation) address to the Democratic 25th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment), declaring “War on Poverty.”

NOTE: In 1958, the year the Federal government began computing statistics, the “poverty rate was calculated at 17.3%, and showed a steady decline to 11.1% in 1973, both before and after the declaration.  Since then the poverty rate has fluctuated between 11.0 and 15.2%—despite Federal expenditures of 15,000,000,000,000 “dollars” over the course of the next half-century.
