In a televised address to the nation, Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Kennedy, Esq., delivers his “Report to the American People on Civil Rights,” proposing the Civil Rights Act of 1964:
This nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.
Earlier in the day, Kennedy Federalized the Army National Guard of the confederate state of alabama, and ordered them to arrest Democratic governor George C. Wallace, Esq., if he continues to obstruct the admission of two United states subject/enemy/citizens of African heritage into the University of alabama.
NOTE: As attorneys (Officers of the Court) Kennedy and Wallace were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
