The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Shelton v. Tucker: Via the fraudulent 14th amendment, states may not demand of government-run public school teachers the names of organizations that they are members of, or to whom they contribute financial support.
NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court ignored the arkansas constitution of 1874, article 2, section 4.
