Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Truman signs Senate Resolution 984, extending the Bracero (Spanish for “man with arms”) Program until 1964.  The BP allows Mexican free-market workers, under certain conditions, to work as field laborers.

       NOTE: The right to work and support one’s family is an absolute right, not a negotiable privilege.
