The Box 13 scandal concludes: The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Stevenson v. Johnson, declaring CONgressman Lyndon B. Johnson to be the Democratic (socialist/fascist) primary winner against former governor Coke R. Stevenson, Esq., of the run-off election to determine the nomination to be the next fraudulently elected (in accordance with the 17th amendment) senator from texas.
Postscript: A month later Johnson went on, in the general election, to defeat the Republican (fascist/socialist) nominee President H. Jackson Porter, of the Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, by a margin of 66.6% to 33.4%
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Stevenson was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
