The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Sipuel v. Board of Regents of the University of oklahoma: government funded state universities may not deny admission to their law schools based on one’s racial heritage.  In rendering this verdict, the court relies on the fraudulent 14th amendment, and completely ignores the oklahoma constitution, article II, section 33.
