The Democratic (socialist/fascist) 15th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) passes the Revenue Act of 1943—over the veto of Democratic de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq.:

  • Decreasing the “Victory Tax” on any personal “income” from 5 to 3%;
  • Maintaining the number of personal “income” tax brackets at 24;
  • Maintaining the number of corporate profits (income) tax brackets at 3;
  • Maintaining the lowest corporate rate on the first 25,000 “dollars” earned at 34%;
  • Maintaining the middle corporate rate on amounts between 25,000  and 50,000  “dollars” at 53% (sic);
  • Maintaining the highest corporate rate on amounts earned over 50,000 “dollars” at 47% on amounts earned over “dollars”;
  • Increasing the flat rate on “excess” corporate profits from 90% to 95%;
  • Increasing various Federal excises on alcohol, jewelry, telephones, et cetera;
  • Increasing the lowest personal rate on the first 2,000 “dollars” earned from 19% to 23%; and
  • Increasing the highest personal rate on amounts earned over 200,000 “dollars” from 88% to 94%.

       NOTES:

  • This is the further realization of plank number two of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
