While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children,” Paul V. McNutt, Esq., Chairman of the War Manpower Commission, announces that all male U.s. subject/enemy/citizens, ages 18 to 38, not working in an essential war industry will likely be conscripted (involuntary servitude) into the army or navy of the U.s. before the year is out.

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) McNutt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
