While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children, the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Betts v. Brady: via the fraudulent 14th amendment, state courts are NOT obligated to provide indigent defendants with counsel in non-capital cases.
