The Chicago (illinois) Tribune publishes “FDR’s War Plans”—which had been mysteriously leaked to isolationist de facto senator Burton K. Wheeler, Esq., of montana—detailing the plans of de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., to commit a ten-million-man army to the allied Axis War (World War II) effort and defeat fascist Germany.

       NOTES:

  • There is speculation that with Roosevelt’s knowledge of the imminent attack on Pearl Harbor, this leak was covertly ordered by the White House to simultaneously embarrass the constitutionalist/isolationist movement, and reassure the nation that a plan was already in the making to deal with the United states’ “enemies.”
  • As attorneys (Officers of the Court) Roosevelt and Wheeler were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

       [restored 7/30/2022]

De facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., receives a top secret memo from the Office of Naval Intelligence warning that an attack on naval base at Pearl Harbor, (republic of) Hawaii is imminent: “In anticipation of open conflict with this country, Japan is vigorously utilizing every available agency to secure military, naval and commercial information, paying particular attention to the West Coast, the Panama Canal and the Territory of Hawaii.”

Postscript: Roosevelt did nothing with the information.
