The New Deal II (1935 – 1939) continues: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq. in a special message to the Democratic 12th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment), calls for 6,024,000,000 “dollars” in federal loans and grants for public works projects to deal with the ongoing “Roosevelt Recession” (an economic downturn within the Great Depression).

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
