The New Deal II (1935 – 1939) continues: De facto Commander in Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq. issues Executive Order 7086, creating the National Youth Administration, to produce make-work jobs for United states subject/enemy/citizens between the ages of 15 and 25.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
