The Lausanne (Switzerland) Reparations Conference agrees that the Weimar Republic of Germany will suspend reparations payments to the allies under the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, after Germany became unable to keep pace with the “Young Plan” schedule due to the Great Depression.  The allies also agreed to an immediate 90% reduction in what was owed by Germany.

Postscript: Following the Axis War, the free-market Federal Republic of (West) Germany agreed to pay off its remaining debt, the principal of which was paid off by the socialist FRG in 1980.  In 1995, following unification with the former communist Democratic Republic of (East) Germany, the socialist FRG began making payments in the accumulated interest.
