The third counterfeit congress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment)—without a constitutional amendment and over the veto of Democratic President Wilson (having received an unlawful advantage of 50 ineligible Electoral votes)—passes the Volstead National Prohibition Act, to enforce the fraudulent 18th amendment.  The act relieves law enforcement of from obtaining a court warrant before searching an automobile or truck.
