Democratic (socialist/proto-fascist) President Wilson signs the Emergency Internal Revenue Tax Act of 1914, re-establishing an excise tax of one Cent per call on long distance telephone calls costing more than 15 Cents.  This is an attack on Free Speech, in violation of Article I of Amendment.
