The Supreme Court, of the corporate United states, decides Twining v. New Jersey, the Article V of Amendment protection against bearing witness against oneself applies only to federal cases, not State cases.

       NOTE: State constitutions already have protections against bearing witness against oneself.

       The Supreme Court, of the corporate United states, hands down Berea College v. Kentucky: under the fraudulent 14th amendment, a State has a right to order an integrated college to segregate.
