The Supreme Court, of the corporate United states, hands down Halter v. Nebraska, upholding the prohibition on using the U.s. flag for commercial purposes.
NOTE: The editors do not understand why one would want to use the symbol of a government that is out of control for advertising, but do not disparage one’s right to do so.
