The Supreme Court, of the federal united States, decides American Insurance v. 356 Bales of Cotton: Congress has the power to acquire new enclaves under the Articles of Confederation, Article XI.  The decision also demarcates the difference between Article III justice courts, and the administrative law courts of, Article I, Section 8 [Clause 9]:

These [territorial] courts then, are not Constitutional courts, in which the judicial power conferred by the Constitution on the general government can be deposited.  They are incapable of receiving it.  They are legislative courts, created in virtue of the general rights of that clause which enables Congress to make all needful rules and regulations, respecting the territory belonging to the United States.  The jurisdiction with which they are invested, is not a part of that judicial power which is defined in the 3d article of the Constitution, but is conferred by Congress, in the execution of those general powers which that body possesses over the territories of the United States.

Republican (fascist/socialist) President Trump berates Israel and the Republic of Iran for having violated the ceasefire he imposed on both nations the day before: “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f___ they’re doing.”

NOTE: Trumpy’s foul language did not seem to hurt his standing among theo-conservative dominionists.
