The House of Representatives, of Georgia, passes, and sends on to the State Senate, the Nullification Act, threatening “death, without benefit of clergy, by being hanged,” for any federal officer who attempts to enforce the decision of the Supreme Court, of the federal united States, in Chisolm v. Georgia.
